Juju killing Northern music – 2S

Some musicians in Northern Ghana have disclosed that jealousy in the industry and the use of ‘juju’ otherwise known as black magic is what appears to be fighting against the progress of the industry.

According 2S, the youngest duo Afro pop – Ibtihaj Hardi and Nihad Hardi, Managers and Producers of musicians instead of properly grooming their artistes to meet the challenges of the industry, rather resort to voodoo to kill the talents of those they see as threats.

“We are only children who want to educate our peers on various developmental issues through our music and we have demonstrated that in our music. We are not into competition with anyone”, they stated.

They observed that, even at their young age, they are being battled spiritually because people see them a threat to their career.

They reiterated that, no amount of juju and sabotage can deter them from exhibiting their God-given talent, adding that, “we are the future of northern music whether they like it or not”.
